7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and access controls for staff systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data incident, we will take appropriate steps and notify affected users or authorities when required.

8. International transfers

Braxhedge is based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards recognized under applicable law.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or an export of certain data. You may also object to some processing based on legitimate interests.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some rights are limited where we must retain data for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
